Pancakes
Good ol’ basic pancakes
Shopping List:
Flour (1.5 cups)
Baking POWDER (3.5 TEA spoons)
Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Milk (1.25 Cups of milk)
Butter (3 TABLE spoons)
Eggs (1)
1. Set burner to medium high heat, and put skillet on it
2. Get 1.5 cups of flour in a big bowl(sift it if your ambitious)
3. Mix in 3.5 TEA spoons (the small one) of baking powder
4. Mix in 1 Tablespoon (the BIG one) of sugar
5. Add half a TEAspoon(small one) of salt
6. Add 1.25 Cups of milk
7. Melt 3 TABLE spoons (the big one) of butter
8. Add 1 egg.
9. Mix all that #@*# together
Now you have batter!
10. Put a little butter in the skillet
11. Measure 1/3 cup of batter into skillet (you can put multiple pancakes in depending on the size of your skillet)
12. Set timer for 2 minutes
13. After 2 minutes, use spatulla to gently lift edge of a pancake. You want a dark golden brown before you flip it ( you may see the top of the pancake bubbling a bit)
14. Flip it. ( flip it goood)
15. Set timer for 2 minutes for other side, and that pancake is done
16. Repeat till all pancakes are done.
17. Turn off the stove.
18. Go eat!
